Include your account email, an order or generation task identifier when relevant, the approximate time and a short description. A screenshot of the error can help; remove passwords, API keys, payment-card details and unrelated personal information before sending it. Do not attach sensitive photographs unless support specifically explains why they are needed.

• Account or video: describe the action that failed and the message shown.
• Billing or refund: include the order identifier and amount; see the Refund Policy.
• Privacy or deletion: identify the account or files involved; see the Privacy Policy.
• Copyright, music or likeness: identify the content, the right you hold or represent, and the requested action.
