Privacy Policy — Rap Your Life

How Rap Your Life handles accounts, photos, videos and payments.

Last updated: 2026-10-29

Information used to provide the service

Rap Your Life uses account details such as your email, name and sign-in records to authenticate you and associate credits and videos with your account. If you choose an available social sign-in provider, we receive the profile information that provider supplies for authentication. We do not request access to your social posts or contacts.

Choosing a photo on your computer initially makes a preview in your browser; it uploads when you confirm permission and submit generation. If you use Upload from phone, confirming permission and tapping Send uploads the photo to private storage for the account signed in on your computer, before generation. The QR link expires after 10 minutes and accepts one photo. Anyone with the link can send a photo to that slot, so do not share it. The phone link does not give access to your account, credits or stored photos. Inputs are sent to KIE only when you submit generation. We also record the selected template, resolution, output duration, credit charge, task status and the version and time of your consent. Internal template instructions accompany the generation request; there is no user prompt field.

Service providers and storage

When generation is enabled, KIE AI and its model-processing providers receive the inputs necessary to produce your video. Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded inputs and generated files. Account checks control access to your video library; processing and download links are temporary bearer links, so do not share them with people you do not trust. These providers may process data in countries other than your own under their own service terms.

Stripe processes card payments when checkout is available. We retain order identifiers, payment status and credit records, not your full card number or card security code. Support messages you send to support@airapvideo.life are used to investigate and answer your request.

Purposes and retention

We use this information to run the service, deliver your files, maintain credit balances, handle support and refunds, and prevent misuse. We do not publish your uploaded photos or private generated videos as a public gallery by default. We do not use your photos to build our own model-training dataset. This statement does not replace the processing providers’ own policies.

Files are not a permanent backup service. Keep copies of videos you need. We retain account, media and transaction information for service delivery, support, security and applicable record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete uploads, videos or your account; legal obligations, unresolved disputes and backup processes may limit immediate removal. We do not promise an automatic deletion deadline that has not been enabled for the service.

Uploaded photos are saved in your private Photo library and remain available until you delete them. You can select them again or delete them from the creator’s Photo library. Deletion removes the source file from our active storage; completed videos are separate files and remain available. A photo used by a running or unconfirmed video task cannot be deleted until that task is resolved. If deletion fails, the library lets you retry and the photo cannot be reused while deletion is pending. Temporary preview links already issued can remain valid until expiry, but cannot retrieve a file after its storage deletion. Creation drafts expire after 24 hours; that does not expire the photos themselves.

Cookies and your choices

We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, traffic sources and device/browser information. When analytics storage is permitted, Google uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. Our existing cookie controls update Google Consent Mode; when storage is denied, Google may receive limited cookieless measurements. We do not send uploaded photos, email addresses or account identifiers as custom Google Analytics data. See Google's privacy policy.

We use PVUV to understand page visits, traffic sources and browser/device information. Its first-party cookies and local storage distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not add account identifiers or uploaded photos to analytics events, and analytics is disabled on the phone-upload page. PVUV respects the site's saved rejection of optional cookies; when the cookie banner is enabled, it loads only after acceptance. You can also clear its cookies and local storage in your browser.

Essential cookies maintain login and security. Where optional analytics or similar tools are enabled, the site’s cookie controls describe the choices available. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw optional consent, or raise a privacy concern. We may verify account ownership before responding. Your local law may provide additional rights.

Age and contact

The service is intended for adults. Do not submit photos of children or of people who have not agreed to this use. Contact support@airapvideo.life for privacy requests. We update this page when practices materially change.
