Terms of Service — Rap Your Life

Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of Rap Your Life. Use the service only if you are at least 18 and can enter a binding agreement where you live. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. For questions, contact support@airapvideo.life.

The service

Rap Your Life creates AI video from fixed templates and the photographs required by the chosen template. You choose available output settings rather than writing a custom prompt. Previews demonstrate a style; they are not a guarantee of an identical performance, likeness or soundtrack. Features that are marked unavailable cannot be purchased or generated through that option.

Rights and permission

You retain rights you already have in your uploads. You grant us and necessary processing providers a limited permission to process, store and transmit them to provide the requested service and support. You must have permission from each adult depicted and any other rights needed for the intended use. A template being available does not grant you rights to someone else’s music, trademarks, likeness or source material. Review all output before sharing, identify synthetic content appropriately, and comply with Acceptable Use.

Credits and purchases

Credits are purchased in one-time packs. The checkout shows the amount and currency you will pay, including any tax presentation applicable to that checkout. The selected template and resolution show the credit cost before generation. Credits are associated with your account, are not transferable money and are not redeemable for cash except through an applicable refund. Account credits never expire with time. Normal spending, reversal following a refund and action on verified misuse still apply under these terms.

Successful payments are credited after verification. A generation confirmed to have failed restores its reserved credits. An unconfirmed submission may require investigation before its charge is resolved; repeatedly submitting may create separate tasks. Purchase refunds follow our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.

Availability and responsibility

You are responsible for downloaded copies and for how you publish or use output. Generation may take time, fail or be interrupted. We may limit misuse, remove unlawful material and suspend accounts where reasonably necessary. We may change future templates, prices and features; changes do not retroactively alter a confirmed purchase or remove rights provided by law.

Legal scope

The service is supplied subject to the limitations in our Disclaimer. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You retain the mandatory consumer protections applicable in your location. Contact support first so we can investigate a concern.
