Check One Check Two AI
Take your turn in a close-up rap relay.
Looking for the Check One Check Two AI effect? Rap Your Life’s Mic Check Duo template puts your photo into a short, camera-facing performance. Use one photo to replace the opening lead, or add a second to personalise both performers. Watch the example first to see the handover, framing and expressions.

Example input photos

One camera, two turns
The preview starts with a performer in a burgundy varsity jacket. Another performer, wearing blue, moves towards the lens and takes over the close-up. A small group stays in the dark background. The camera is close enough for the mouth, eyes and hand gestures to carry the scene.
This is a generated recreation guided by the template and your photos. It is not a pixel-for-pixel face overlay on a verified original JME video. Facial features, hands, clothing and timing can change. Judge the setting and performance from the actual preview rather than expecting the artist’s exact footage.
Make your mic check
Choose who takes each turn
Open Mic Check Duo in the creator and sign in. Photo 1 replaces the opening lead. For a second personalised performer, add a separate photo in Photo 2. Leave that slot empty to keep the template partner. You can upload a new photo or pick one from your private history.
Check the output and cost
Keep the default 9:16 ratio for a vertical video. Choose 480p, 720p or 1080p and review the credit cost before generating. The creator initially selects 720p; choose 480p if you want the lowest-cost output. The template sets the performance, so there is no prompt or lyrics field to fill in.
Generate and review the result
Submit the task, then follow its status in the notification menu or My Videos. Review the faces, mouth movements and handover when the video is ready, and download the MP4. If you need to buy credits, returning from checkout restores your saved photos and options; you decide when to continue generating.
Keep the face clear
Close framing makes facial details noticeable. Choose an evenly lit photo with a clear face and natural skin texture. A front-facing or near-front-facing portrait is a practical starting point. A full-body photo is also usable when the face remains sharp; tight crops and filters can remove useful detail.
| Photo choice | What to look for |
|---|---|
| One clear portrait | Use it for the lead and keep the template partner. Check the lead slot before submitting. |
| Two separate portraits | Put one person in each slot. Similar lighting and a clear view of both faces give consistent input detail. |
| Cap, hood or sunglasses | Avoid anything that hides the eyes or casts heavy shadows over the face. Clothing does not guarantee a particular result. |
| Group image or repeated screenshot | Choose separate original photos instead. Small faces and compression make it harder to preserve detail. |
Use photos you have permission to upload and personalise. Each file can be JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB. Your account’s photo history is private and keeps images until you delete them. Privacy
The UK music reference
This 2026 guide covers the Check One Check Two search term and the Mic Check Duo template available here. The words are familiar as a microphone-level check; in a rap performance, that short introduction also gives the delivery a recognisable opening.
JME is a UK grime MC who grew up in Tottenham, north London, alongside his brother Skepta. Official Charts describes those roots in its artist profile. His name helps explain the UK music context; it does not identify the people shown in our template or imply an endorsement of Rap Your Life.
JME’s profile at Official Charts ↗
Apple Music credits “Check One, Check Two” to Luke Dean, Locky and Jme, with a release date of 10 July 2026. That dated release is distinct from the first social post or AI remake. For the wider template discussion we use 2026; we do not attach unverified days, view counts or a claim about who started the trend.
Pick the right pairing
You and the template partner
Upload just Photo 1. You personalise the opening lead while the other role stays based on the reference. This is the quickest way to try the scene with one portrait.
You and a mate
Add a different person in Photo 2 to personalise both roles. Check the input order together before submitting: the second slot belongs to the performer who takes over the close-up.
A consenting family member
A parent or another adult relative can provide a photo for either slot. Preview the result with them before sharing. There is no promised share rate or special family mode; it is the same two-role template.
The preview, frame by frame
These stills are taken at specific moments in our 10-second example. They show the reference handover; a generated result can shift the gestures or timing.

00:01 — The opening lead
The burgundy-jacketed performer faces the camera, with the group behind.

00:04 — The close-up
The blue-jacketed performer moves into the foreground, with a hand near the lens.

00:08 — Hold the lens
The second performer stays close to the camera as the short scene approaches its finish.
Listen to the example
Audio is enabled for this template. The preview starts muted so you can choose when to hear it; use its sound button to listen. Generated audio and lip movement may differ from the example. The creator does not offer custom lyrics, your own recorded voice or a song picker.
You can use an editor afterwards for captions or a different soundtrack. Check the music permissions on the platform where you share it. A generated MP4 does not grant rights to a commercial recording or mean that an artist approved your video.
Before your first take
- Who is JME?
- JME is a UK grime MC associated with Tottenham, north London, and Skepta’s brother. The linked Official Charts profile provides the artist background. This template does not claim artist involvement or endorsement.
- What does “check one check two” mean?
- It is a familiar microphone soundcheck phrase. The release linked above is “Check One, Check Two” by Luke Dean, Locky and Jme. Our page explains how to make the available photo-based mic-check scene, rather than authenticating an original viral upload.
- Do I need CapCut?
- No. You can select the template, upload photos, generate and download in your browser. An editing app is optional afterwards for captions or a different cut. No manual masking step is required in this creator.
- Is it free, and is the price in pounds?
- The preview is free; generation requires an account and credits. This template costs 100 credits at 480p, 200 at 720p or 400 at 1080p. Packs start at $4.99 USD for 150 credits. Checkout charges US dollars, not pounds; your card provider may convert the currency or apply fees.
- Why might the face or mouth look different?
- AI generation can change facial features and mouth movements, even with a good photo. Shadows, filters and a small or partly hidden face can add uncertainty. Review your input and finished video; a different photo may help, but another generation spends credits and is not guaranteed to fix it.
- Is this the Fergie Baby walk?
- No. Mic Check Duo is a 10-second close-up relay with two roles. Park Walk Rap is a separate solo template on a park path. Watch each preview and compare its inputs and credit costs before choosing.
- Can two people appear in one video?
- Yes. Use one separate photo per person: Photo 1 for the opening lead, Photo 2 for the partner. You do not need to generate two videos. With one photo, the template partner stays; there is no group-photo mode for personalising additional people in the background.
Choose your resolution
Every resolution below produces a 10-second video. Higher resolution costs more credits. Packs are one-time purchases in USD, and credits never expire.
| Resolution | Credits per video | Output length |
|---|---|---|
| 480p | 100 credits | 10 seconds |
| 720p | 200 credits | 10 seconds |
| 1080p | 400 credits | 10 seconds |
The entry pack is $4.99 USD for 150 credits. A 480p mic check uses 100, leaving 50 if you start with that new pack and have not spent any credits elsewhere. Check your balance before selecting 720p or 1080p. Compare credit packs
Output length is not generation time. The queue and processing time vary; follow your task’s status instead of expecting a fixed one-minute turnaround. A task confirmed as failed returns its reserved credits.
For a wholly unused credit pack, you can request a purchase refund within seven days, subject to the refund policy and statutory rights. A confirmed generation failure returns credits to the account; it is a separate process from a refund to your card. Refund Policy · Contact
